We help you face your fears so the fear disappears.

In the mid 1960’s/early 1970’s, Dr. Hardy, a psychiatrist from California, researched and developed a highly successful cognitive and behavior therapy program consisting of education, relaxation, desensitization, field work, thinking patterns and its affects on behavior, communication, and assertiveness training. This successful, revolutionary way of treating anxiety disorders was highly publicized through magazines, newspapers, television talk shows, radio, etc. After receiving thousands of requests for help, including those from therapists wishing to train in his methods, Dr. Hardy created over 45 TERRAP centers; thus, creating a network of therapists capable of treating and helping thousands of patients suffering from anxiety and panic disorders.
